Experience: 1–2 years (Wiring Harness industry experience preferred)
Salary Range: ₹,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-assembly quality checks (cutting, crimping, first piece, and in-process inspection).

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and address sheets accurately.

• Conduct post-assembly quality checks, including insertion, layout, soldering, joining, first piece, and in-process inspection.

• Identify, record, and report defects during assembly and final inspection stages.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

• Support the production team by providing feedback and suggesting improvements in processes.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of wiring harness pre-assembly and post-assembly processes.

• Familiarity with cutting, crimping, soldering, and layouting techniques.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and address sheets.

• Good understanding of quality inspection methods and defect analysis.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
