Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and documentation.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
Support audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with ISO standards or customer-specific requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, FMEA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone diagram).
Familiarity with measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
