Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive (Freshers Welcome)

Department: Quality Assurance of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility

Location- Mahim

Vacancies: 4 (Male Candidates Preferred)

CTC: ₹2.0 LPA

Work Shift: 8-hour rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply if confident)

• Strong willingness to work in a factory environment and learn operational QA processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) activities

• Perform online documentation and manage disposal of rejected packaging materials (PM) and stereos

• Review and manage Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR)

• Maintain and update QA activities in the ERP system

• Verify records (BMR, BPR, and others) across various departments

• Sample finished products and control samples as per SOPs

• Conduct and support validation activities across processes

• Follow-up on calibration and validation schedules

• Ensure secure storage and timely destruction of sensitive documentation

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of pharmaceutical QA processes (training provided)

• Basic knowledge of GMP & GDP compliance

• Confidence and readiness to work in a production/factory environment

• Attention to detail, team spirit, and ability to work in shifts

• Basic computer skills (especially documentation in ERP systems)
