1. To perform analysis on HPLC and Gas Chromatography as per testing method and as per pharmacopeia monograph.
2. Responsible for calibration of HPLC and Gas Chromatography as per schedule calibration.
3. To Handle the troubleshooting of HPLC and Gas Chromatography.
4. Responsible for investigation of out-of-calibration for HPLC and Gas Chromatography.
5. To assist the Head QC in investigation of OOS results.
6. Responsible for audit trail review of HPLC and Gas Chromatography.
7. Responsible and experience of 21 CFR of Electronic signature compliances.
8. Responsible for QMS activities, such as change control, deviation, OOC, OOS etc.
9. Responsible for analysis of raw material, In-process, equipment cleaning verification, vendor qualification and finished product sample with accuracy on time.
10. Responsible for preparing specifications and method of analysis as per pharmacopeia or customer basis.
11. Responsible for preparing SOPs.
12. Responsible for preparation of Standard solution, Reagent and volumetric solution.
13. Responsible for stability sample charging and analysis as per schedule.
14. Maintain glass ware, Chemical and Reagent stock for regular use.
15. Responsible for arranging all chemicals, segregate and store as per SOP.
16. Responsible for following Safety rules in lab.
17. To attend on job training and a periodic training program.
18. Follow the Company HR rules and discipline in terms of regularity and timing.
19. Follow the company quality policy.
20. Believe in teamwork for the growth of the company.
21. At the time of internal audit, customer audit or regulatory audit provide support for documents and required information.
22. Must follow defined basic GMP/GLP and compliance requirements within the company premises.
23. To ensure usage of proper PPE’s (Personnel Protective Equipment) wherever required.
24. To control waste generation and spillage of reagents, chemicals etc. during analysis.
25. Any other work allocated by department head.
