Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and functional specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases

Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, etc.

Log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues

Ensure the software meets functional, performance, usability, and security standards

Participate in release processes and regression testing for every deployment

Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and documentation

CRM pointer of client project & deliverable checking

Key Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in QA (both manual and automation preferred)

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar

Familiarity with REST API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured

Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database validation

Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, etc.)

Knowledge of CI/CD integration is a plus

Soft Skills Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team

Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
