  • Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain records as per HACCP and GMP guidelines.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain QC records, batch production records, and lab test reports.

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, BRC, or other food safety standards.

  • Assist with internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.

• Lab Testing:

  • Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis using lab equipment (e.g., pH meter, moisture analyzer).

  • Interpret lab results and take necessary actions on deviations.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify quality issues and recommend improvements in production processes.

  • Train floor staff on hygiene, sanitation, and SOPs for quality compliance.

• Coordination:

  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and R\&D teams to ensure quality consistency.

  • Report to the Quality Manager on deviations and product non-conformities.

### Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP)

• Hands-on experience with lab testing and quality instruments

• Good knowledge of food processing and packaging

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in documentation and report writing

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
