Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchase & Sales Coordinator to support our procurement and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good negotiation abilities, and experience in handling both purchase and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Coordination:
• Identify and communicate with vendors for material procurement
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
• Maintain stock records and coordinate with stores for material requirements
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions
Sales Coordination:
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
• Follow up on sales orders and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for dispatches
• Maintain customer records and support the sales team
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow-ups for payments
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Basic understanding of purchase and sales processes
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
