Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive (Female) to join our team at our Site 5, Kasna, Greater Noida location. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from both local and approved vendors.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

• Ensure materials are delivered on time and as per quality standards.

• Coordinate with store, accounts, and production departments for procurement planning.

• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, timely delivery, and price competitiveness.

• Process purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle documentation and maintain purchase-related records.

• Follow up on payment with accounts and suppliers.

• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing options.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP systems.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple vendors.

• Familiarity with local market vendors in the Greater Noida area is a plus.
