1.     Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

2.     Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

3.     Check production output according to specifications.

4.     Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

5.     Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
