Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at Disposafe Healthcare Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Daily Operations

  • Oversee workflow, task assignments, and productivity of female staff.

  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

  • Encourage skill development and upskilling for career advancement.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
