5. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and tools.

6. Monitor machine and equipment operation to avoid downtime and maintain smooth workflow.

7. Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize delays.

8. Maintain accurate production records including output, downtime, and quality data.

9. Collaborate with Quality Control team to ensure products meet quality specifications.

10. Train and mentor production workers to improve skills and efficiency.

11. Support continuous improvement activities to optimize production processes and reduce waste.

12. Report production status and challenges to higher management regularly.

13. Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
