Position Title: Production Shift Supervisor (1Year Renewable Contract) 

Experience: 2+ Years 
Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related engineering field. 
Location: Bhiwandi

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Production Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with machinery, team coordination, and shift-level planning. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and manage shift-wise production activities to meet daily targets 

• Monitor manpower allocation and machine utilization during the shift 

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards 

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams for uninterrupted production 

• Maintain daily production logs and report shift performance 

• Train and guide operators and technicians on standard operating procedures 

• Handle minor breakdowns and escalate major issues to maintenance 

• Ensure proper handover to the next shift supervisor with accurate documentation 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role 

• Good understanding of production processes, equipment, and shop floor management 

• Ability to lead and manage shift teams effectively 

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

• Familiarity with safety standards and 5S/Lean practices 

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and production documentation
