Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Head to lead and manage our production team in Chittorgarh. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing the production line. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and meeting delivery deadlines. Strong technical knowledge in the field of production is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily production operations of fly ash and refractory products.

• Manage the team of labourers.

• Ensure production meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols.

• Analyse production data and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Manage the timely availability of raw materials and coordination with the procurement team.

• Prepare and submit regular production reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements: (Manage labour

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management.
