Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing unit in Kubadthal, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shop floor operations to meet daily/weekly/monthly production targets.

• Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure optimal material and resource utilization.

• Monitor workforce activities, assign tasks, and ensure shift schedules are followed.

• Ensure that all production processes comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Resolve technical or operational issues in collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams.

• Train and mentor production operators and junior staff to ensure performance and adherence to SOPs.

• Maintain daily production records, reports, and KPIs for management review.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to improve efficiency and eliminate waste (Lean/5S knowledge is a plus).

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: 3–6 years in a similar role within a manufacturing setup (preferably in FMCG, Engineering, Textile, or Chemical industries).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems is an advantage.

• Familiarity with safety standards and manufacturing best practices.

• Willing to work in shifts and based full-time in Kubadthal, Ahmedabad.
