JOB PURPOSE
To oversee and optimize the daily production operations of our disinfectant and floor cleaning
manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and compliance with
safety standards while meeting production targets and deadlines.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise daily manufacturing operations for disinfectant and floor cleaning product lines
2. Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines and production targets
3. Monitor production efficiency metrics and implement improvements to optimize output
4. Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate raw material availability
5. Manage production staff, including shift scheduling, performance reviews, and training
6. Ensure all products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
7. Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process
8. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
9. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
10. Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime
11. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and procedures in the production facility
12. Lead safety training programs and incident prevention initiatives
13. Ensure proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials
14. Maintain accurate production records and documentation
15. Prepare regular production reports for management review
16. Document standard operating procedures for all production processes
17. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
BTech / Diploma
Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience production/maintenance
PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment
Knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory requirements for cleaning products
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
Experience with production planning and inventory management
