Plan and execute orders as per established processes and timelines, ensuring a minimum of 95% of orders are delivered on time and within budget.

Track and manage approvals of products at different stages, striving to achieve a 100% approval rate within specified deadlines.

Ensure on-time payments from clients, maintaining a 100% compliance rate with payment schedules.

Oversee product samplings and sourcing, ensuring that all samples meet the required quality standards and are received within stipulated deadlines.

Train and manage junior merchandising staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Conduct weekly meetings with clients to explore new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships, with an aim to secure at least one new client every month.

Liaise closely with the production team to ensure smooth order execution and to resolve any production-related issues promptly.

Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and internal teams, to ensure seamless operations.

Participate in regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.


••Skills Required:••

Completed a merchandising course from a reputed college.

Proficient in email writing, planning, and coordination.

Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel.

Understanding of garment making process and previous experience in an export factory.

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience of 2+ years in a buying agency or an export house preferred.
