Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple production lines including thermostats, rotary switches, safety cutouts, and other electrical components.

Ensure production targets are met efficiently while maintaining strict quality control standards.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to maximize output and minimize downtime.

Lead a team of line supervisors, technicians, and labor, ensuring optimal manpower utilization and discipline.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth functioning of operations.

Monitor production KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), rejection rates, and hourly/daily output.

Maintain production documentation and reporting systems using Excel/Tally/ERP tools.

Take ownership of shop floor discipline, process improvement, and safety compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience managing multiple assembly lines or production units in a component manufacturing setup.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Hands-on approach to shop floor management and problem-solving.

Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and manpower allocation.

Familiarity with ISO standards

Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and production tracking tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Industrial Production

MBA/PGDM in Operations Management (preferred but not mandatory)
