1. Good understanding of production and/or material operations. Knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques.
2. Active participation in procurement of manufacturing equipment, instrument, tooling’s and other miscellaneous items in coordination with CFTs & vendors.
3. Manage Production & Manpower handling functions in the company.

5. Monitor/supervise /advice/improve process and products and systems.
6. Drive quality improvement initiatives.
7. Cost reduction initiatives.
8. Implementation of 5S and other modern concepts throughout the organization.
9. To ensure adherence to international quality standards.
