Area under Direct Control in PPC: Store/Dispatch planning/Packing/FG/Dispatch

Area under Indirect Control in PPC: Ensuring Adequate Production planning from Production & Inspection planning from QC & HR for required Manpower from HR

1.   Must Adhere to respect ADP

2.   Excellent Proficiency in MS excel/Google sheet

3.   Daily updation of SO in ADP

4.   Ensure Control of  WIP across Organisation.

5.   Ensure Minimum Stock Level at Stores to eliminate line stoppages due to RM.

6.   Ensure & control Purchase section for Over & Under Inventory situation.

7.   Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

8.   Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.

9.   Ensure  production plan accuracy from production, budget and timelines according to production specifications.

10.                Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.

11.                Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.

12.                Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

13.                Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.

14.                Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.

15.                Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.

16.                Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.

17.                Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly by releasing Dispatch Loss report.
