JD FOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Production Management: Manage all aspects of production, including work-related activities and planning. • Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans on a daily, monthly, and proposed date basis to meet demand and goals. • Production Monitoring: Monitor production on daily basis to ensure alignment with planning schedules, casting parameters, and productivity targets. • Safety and Environmental Compliance: Prioritize safety and environmental considerations in all production activities. • Maintain discipline in the plant to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop production teams, including workers. Foster skills development among team members. • Quality Audits: Take responsibility for internal and external audits related to production processes and quality standards. • Resource Utilization: Effectively manage material, equipment, and human resources to optimize production efficiency. • Quality Control: Oversee finish product testing and documentation (batch reports). Sample evaluation to ensure quality standards are met. • Productivity Improvement: Collaborate in development initiatives and implement productivity improvement measures. • Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment • Taking charge of shipment. • Managing the Production activity of Delhi & Mumbai. • Coordinating with the sales, Purchase, Designing & Quality team. • Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) • Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Required Skills: - • Proven experience as production • Deep knowledge of production management • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations • Knowledge of performance evaluation. • Experience in reporting on key production metrics • Outstanding communication ability
