Job Title: PLC Programmer – SPM Machines
Location: Morta, Ghaziabad
Department: Automation / Controls
Reports To: Automation Head

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to develop, test, and maintain automation programs for Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The role involves PLC & HMI programming, integration with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and supporting commissioning at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program & debug PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Mitsubishi/Delta/Omron).

• Configure HMI/SCADA systems.

• Work with servo motors, VFDs, sensors & actuators.

• Collaborate with design & electrical teams for machine functionality.

• Support installation, commissioning & troubleshooting.

• Maintain wiring diagrams, control layouts & documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics.

• 2–6 years’ experience in PLC programming (SPM preferred).

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, control panels & field instruments.

• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics & servo automation.

• Willing to travel for commissioning.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation of drilling, tapping, boring, pick & place SPMs.

• Knowledge of communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).

• Exposure to robotics/advanced automation.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: As per industry standards
