Job Description:

• Design, development, and modification of mechanical systems for ships and marine structures

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and production plans to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely project execution

• Perform structural and mechanical calculations as per project requirements

• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems onboard

• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues during construction and sea trials

• Ensure adherence to class and statutory regulations

• Prepare technical documentation and reports

• Maintain safety and quality standards at all project stages

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of shipbuilding processes, marine standards, and regulations

• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
