Key Responsibilities:
Design & Engineering:
Create and revise 2D/3D developments using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Develop mechanical layouts, fabrication drawings, and BOMs.
Fabrication & Manufacturing Support:
Provide engineering support to the shop floor during fabrication and assembly.
Review and approve welding procedures, fabrication methods, and machining processes.
Troubleshoot technical challenges during manufacturing.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes (ASME, ASTM, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
4–7 years of experience in industrial equipment manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with stainless steel and exotic alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of welding and fabrication standards.
Familiarity with ASME codes and mechanical standards.
Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings.
Strong communication skills.
