Job Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, prepare reports, and coordinate with customers and vendors. The candidate will also supervise multiple sites under his control and maintain all master reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision on Site

• Monitor daily site operations and workforce activities.

• Ensure work follows safety rules and company standards.

2. Daily Reporting

• Prepare daily Excel reports on work progress and attendance.

• Submit reports to management on time.

3. Coordination With Customers & Vendors

• Communicate work updates to customers regularly.

• Coordinate with vendors for materials, support, and site needs.

4. Maintain All Master Report Details

• Update and manage master reports including manpower, materials, checklists, and progress.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.

5. Supervise & Update All Sites Under His Control

• Visit and manage multiple sites assigned to him.

• Report status, issues, and progress of all sites to management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or related field.

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Good communication and coordination ability.

• Ability to handle workforce and manage multiple sites.

Language Requirements

• Hindi – Required

• English – Required

• Telugu – Preferred

• Tamil – Added Advantage
