• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.

• Implement quality control measures and conduct audits.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational checklists.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, attendance, material consumption, and incidents.

• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

• Support invoicing by verifying client sign-offs and attendance sheets.

6. Issue & Incident Management

• Attend to breakdowns, emergencies, and service escalations at sites.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution (maintenance, HR, admin).

• Prepare incident reports.
