Job Description:

We are hiring a Skilled Worker to join our team and manage the operations and fabrication of industrial shredders and automation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shredder assembly, steel structure fabrication, and working on automated lines and conveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage industrial shredders, conveyors, and SPM machines.

• Fabricate steel structures as per design — including cutting, bending, welding, and fitting.

• Carry out assembly and execution of shredder and automation systems.

• Ensure production output as per set targets and timelines.

• Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools.

• Use measurement instruments such as scales and vernier calipers accurately.

• Assist in basic electrical work related to machines and control panels.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling plant.

• Prior hands-on experience in shredder machine operations preferred.

• Must be skilled in welding, cutting, and fabrication processes.

• Basic knowledge of electrical components is an added advantage.

• Should be willing to relocate to Nangli Sakrawati, New Delhi.

• Age between 28 to 40 years.
