Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automatic wire cutting and stripping machines to ensure accurate processing of wires as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wire cutting and stripping machines safely and efficiently.

• Set up machine parameters as per wire size, length, and stripping requirements.

• Ensure wires are cut, stripped, and processed according to drawing/specification.

• Inspect finished wires for accuracy, quality, and defects.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Maintain production records and daily reports.

• Follow workplace safety guidelines and company SOPs.

• Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for smooth workflow.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma in related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in wire harness / cable processing industry (freshers may also apply with training provided).

• Basic knowledge of machine operation and handling tools.

• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.

• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

• Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
