Job Title: IWK Filling Machine Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing

To operate, monitor, and maintain IWK filling and packaging machines for smooth and efficient production of pharmaceutical formulations of sterile products (Opthalmic) , ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate IWK filling and cartoning machines (tubes, bottles, or other packaging formats as applicable).

• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as per production requirements.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy in filling, sealing, coding, and labeling.

• Conduct in-process quality checks (weight, fill volume, sealing, appearance, etc.) and record data in batch records.

• Troubleshoot minor machine breakdowns and escalate major technical issues to the maintenance team.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols during all operations.

• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of machines.

• Maintain proper documentation such as logbooks, equipment cleaning records, and production reports.

• Work collaboratively with production, QA, and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, minimize wastage, and maintain high product quality.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
