We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator with experience in Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or Accurate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CMMs to ensure precision measurements for quality control and inspection.

Designation: Quality Inspector / CMM Operator
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E - Mech, EEE, ECE, Automobile & Aeronautical
Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
CTC: 20k to 40k (Per Month)
Preferred Gender: Male
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Rotational
Location: Pan India ( Chennai, Sriperumbudur,Coimbatore,Tada, Bangalore etc..)

Skills Required for Experienced
• Hands-on experience with one CMM software (e.g., Calypso, PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, MODUS).
• Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measuring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection criteria.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and program CMM machines (Zeiss, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or Accurate)
• Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM and manual measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
• Create and modify inspection programs using CMM software such as Calypso, PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or MODUS.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and specifications.
• Record inspection results and generate detailed inspection reports.
• Identify and report non-conformities to the Quality or Production team.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and CMM machines.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures and standards.
