About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with a strong background in the pipe manufacturing industry to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining pipe mill machinery, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain pipe mill machines as per production requirements.

• Set up machines with correct tooling, parameters, and materials for each production run.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

• Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of machinery.

• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 -6 years of experience in a mill operator role within the pipe manufacturing industry (ERW, Seamless, or HDPE pipes preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge of pipe mill machinery and production processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Understanding of quality control processes in pipe manufacturing.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

• Familiarity with safety and ISO standards in manufacturing
