Job Title: Broke Machine Operator

Location: Siltara Phase 2, Raipur

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 5–6 years (Sponge & Iron Industry preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Broke Machine Operator with strong expertise in handling and maintaining broke machines in the Sponge & Iron industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently, ensuring production targets, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor broke machines as per standard operating procedures.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the machine to achieve daily production targets.

• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.

• Maintain logs of machine performance, downtime, and repair activities.

• Follow safety procedures while handling heavy machinery.

• Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain output standards.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th Pass + ITI in relevant trade (Fitter/Electrician/Mechanical).

• Experience: 5–6 years in the Sponge & Iron/Steel Industry as a machine operator.

• Strong technical knowledge of broke machines and plant operations.

• Ability to handle shift operations and work in challenging environments.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
