Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with designers and engineers to interpret creative concepts and translate them into digital designs.
Technical Support: Provide support for troubleshooting any CAD software or design issues related to production.
Prepare Technical Specifications: Produce clear and detailed documentation on designs, including dimensions, color schemes, and fabric types.
Production Support: Assist in creating production-ready designs that align with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards.
Review Fabric Swatches and Samples: Work with sample creation teams to test and review designs using physical fabric swatches and test runs.
Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet the required quality standards before they are sent for production.
Design Optimization: Continuously refine designs to improve fabric utilization, minimize waste, and enhance product quality.
Update & Modify Designs: Regularly update existing designs to adapt to new trends or customer feedback.
Maintain CAD Equipment: Perform routine checks and maintenance of CAD equipment and software to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of design revisions, feedback, and approvals for easy tracking.
Stay Updated on Software Tools: Keep up-to-date with new CAD software, updates, and industry trends to enhance design efficiency.
