We are seeking a dedicated and punctual Rubber Moulding Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting rubber strips, placing them accurately in moulds, operating the rubber moulding machine, and removing cured parts after processing. Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut rubber strips accurately as per production specifications.

• Place rubber strips uniformly in pre-heated moulds.

• Insert and align the moulds correctly into the moulding press.

• Monitor and operate the machine through the curing cycle.

• Safely remove moulds and extract cured rubber parts.

• Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensions, and surface quality.

• Clean and maintain moulds and the work area regularly.

• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure daily punctuality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in rubber moulding or press operations is preferred.

• Basic understanding of the moulding process and material handling.

• Ability to work with hands, follow instructions, and maintain quality standards.

• Physically fit and able to handle hot moulds and work in a production environment.

• Strong sense of discipline, quality consciousness, and punctuality.

  Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

  Reporting To: Production Supervisor
