Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter to assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical components and systems as per technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in using industrial tools and machinery with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

• Assemble mechanical parts with accuracy using hand tools and machines

• Carry out fitting, alignment, and installation of components in machines or structures

• Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines and equipment

• Ensure quality checks and verify dimensions and tolerances

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Collaborate with welders, machinists, and engineers as needed

• Report any faults, damages, or deviations immediately to the supervisor

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical Trade

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Familiarity with safety protocols and industrial tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC or VMC machine assembly (optional)

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
