Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter Technician to join our production/maintenance team in Chakan. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or training in fitting, assembly, or maintenance tasks in the automotive or manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and sub-assembly of parts based on engineering drawings or SOPs

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machines to complete assigned tasks

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and mechanical components

• Maintain equipment and work area in clean and safe condition

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment

• Adhere to safety and quality standards as per company policies

• Report any deviations, breakdowns, or defects to the supervisor

• Work in shifts as per production or maintenance requirements

• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve work efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile:

• ITI Fitter certified from a recognized institute

• 0 to 2 years of experience in automotive or general manufacturing industry (freshers with strong practical training also welcome)

• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and tools

• Knowledge of assembly processes, machine operations, or basic maintenance

• Willingness to work in shifts and shop-floor environment

• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn

• Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Chakan preferred

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts / Day-Night Shifts
