Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the mechanical assembly of machinery, components, and sub-assemblies as per technical drawings.

• Support senior fitters in installing, fitting, and aligning mechanical parts.

• Operate hand tools, drills, grinders, and other basic equipment under supervision.

• Handle and transport parts, tools, and materials in the assembly area.

• Perform basic measurements using vernier calipers, scales, or other tools.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Report defects or issues to supervisors immediately.

• Participate in routine maintenance and housekeeping activities.

  Qualifications:

• ITI Fitter Trade Certification (NCVT/SCVT)

• 0–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly (freshers can apply)

Skills Required:

• Basic mechanical understanding

• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly operations

• Ability to read simple mechanical drawings (preferred)

• Team player with a positive work attitude

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
