Job Title: Mechanical Assembler (Fitter)

Location: Rajajinagar 6th block Bengaluru
Department: Production / Assembly
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Assembly Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler with a Fitter background to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, a strong understanding of mechanical drawings, and basic welding and fitting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly blueprints.

• Perform mechanical assembly using welding, screwing, bolting, and other fastening methods.

• Handle, segregate, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) effectively.

• Identify, organize, and prepare mechanical parts and components for assembly.

• Assemble mechanical units according to design specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to production targets and timelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures during operations.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter Trade.

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly.

• Ability to read and understand engineering and mechanical drawings.

• Basic welding and mechanical fitting skills.

• Knowledge of BOM handling and component segregation.

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and punctuality.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with Freshers.
