We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team at Assort Machine Tools Co. The role involves operating CNC machinery, maintaining production quality, and supporting tool room activities on the shop floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines (turning, milling, or VMC as applicable)

• Load raw materials and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Maintain records of production and manage tool room inventory

• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout production

• Collaborate with team members for tool changes, new job setups, and mold trials

• Report any technical issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or a related field

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines

• Basic understanding of technical drawings and measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer)

• Attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions accurately

• Good physical stamina and willingness to work in a production environment
