Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities.
Help develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with various departments, including sourcing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor production processes and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proactively proposing solutions.
Track and report on production metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
Support the training and supervision of production staff.
Assist in the implementation of new production processes and technologies.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
