Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct, and control manufacturing activities for improved yield, productivity, and quality.
  
  

• Handle production planning & control, shift management to meet monthly and yearly targets.
  
  

• Maintain 100% uptime in plant operations and adhere to safety and legal norms.
  
  

• Enforce and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all shifts.
  
  

• Provide technical training and ensure safety in the plant.
  
  

• Maintain plant assets and equipment for optimal functioning.
  
  

• Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
  
  

• Manage raw materials, components, consumables, and spare inventories.
  
  

• Ensure strict QMS (Quality Management System) compliance.
  
  

• Conduct root cause analysis on process defects.
  
  

• Ensure timely production data entry into ERP.
  
  

• Maintain 5S and promote Kaizen culture.
  
  

• Prepare procurement plans and raise purchase requisitions for materials and spares.
