 Prepare RM, PM and •FG variance report-(SAP SYSTEM).Knowledge about spray Dryer also

 To minimizing RM & PM losses during production.

 To make existing process faster, more accurate, efficient, and reliable.

 Reduce all the wastage during plant startup, change over & breakdown.

 Verify of CCP like Sieve, Filter & Metal Detector keeping the document

as per requirement.

 Recipe check as per STD Parameter of variety and variable items.

 Ensuring adherence to the quality standards as PQS, FSSC, 5s, kaizen.

 Handling team of operators and food handler (worker) to manage shop

floor activities like production and maintenance.

 Maintaining & analyzing quality of good packed chocolate & raw material.

 Leading a team and attaining the monthly production target.

 Maintain and provide support to all GMP program •Food Safety

Program and prepare training program for all employees•

 Planning for preventive maintenance to keep machinery efficiency.

 Maintain and provide support to all Safety Program.

Spray Drier knowledge must
