Position: Production Coordinator cum Executive Assistant cum Admin
Department: Production / Executive Office / Administration
Reports to: Managing Director / Head of Operations
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
Prepare and update production schedules; ensure timelines are met.
Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Track material requirements, raise requisitions, and follow up with vendors.
Maintain production records, reports, and dashboards.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to management.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality processes.
Provide direct support to senior management (MD/CEO).
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion.
Coordinate travel, itineraries, meetings, and events.
Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and projects.
Act as a communication bridge between management, teams, and external stakeholders.
Oversee general office administration and facility management.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and AMC contracts.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (IT, utilities, stationery).
Support HR in attendance, leave records, and basic employee coordination.
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business Administration/Operations).
Experience: 3–4 years in production coordination, admin, or EA roles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
Professional, proactive, and adaptable.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & skillset).
