• Create internal reference briefs and literature reviews for each curriculum block (e.g., literacy, numeracy, sensory, social-emotional).
• Organise and maintain a digital pedagogy library with up-to-date research.
• Collaborate with curriculum leads to identify gaps in content, ensuring every activity meets Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP).
• Assist in preparing culturally sensitive and inclusive guidelines for Zoodle Kid’s content writers and designers.
• Track feedback from pilot programs and integrate research-based improvements.
• Data management and update.

• Ability to interpret child and educational psychology and neuroscience insights into practical guidelines.
• Proficiency in using Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, and referencing tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and a growth mindset.
• Prior experience in education research, curriculum assistance, or ECCE content preferred.
