FastInfo is hiring a Quality Analyst with a legal background to audit sales and consumer calls related to Food Licence, Trademark, GST, MSME, and other legal services.

Your role ensures call accuracy, compliance, and correct information delivery.

📝Key Responsibilities

Audit inbound/outbound sales calls for legal services

Check accuracy, script adherence & compliance

Identify errors, misleading info & improvement areas

Maintain daily audit reports & quality trackers

Coordinate with sales/legal teams for improvements

🎓 Requirements

LLB or legal-related qualification (preferred)

Strong attention to detail & listening skills

Basic understanding of Food Licence, Trademark, GST, MSME, etc.

Good communication & documentation skills
