Job description for Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier and documents.
• Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and record management.
• Support senior executives with clerical or personal tasks as assigned.
• Run errands such as banking, delivering documents, or purchasing office items.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and report shortages.
• Maintain confidentiality of all office and client information.
• Assist in small errands related to office work.
• Must have the Driving license & able to drive the 2-wheeler.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Handling).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional behaviour and respect for confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15000-20,000 per month
