What You'll Do:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements (Contracts, Agreements, NDAs, vendor deals, etc.)
• Provide day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams (product, operations, HR, sales, etc.)
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues, particularly in tech and data privacy
• Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, audits, and version control
• Work with external counsel on more complex legal matters, transactions, or disputes
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may affect the business
• Help develop internal legal policies, playbooks, and risk mitigation strategies
• Assist in due diligence, fundraising rounds, and investor documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 2–4 years of experience in a legal role (in-house legal team, tech startup, or law firm)
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and corporate law
• Bonus points for experience with SaaS, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), IP, or employment law
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Notion, or CLM platforms
• Startup mindset: flexible, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and business-aware
