Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Associate who has completed their LL.M. and has less than 2 years of experience in the legal field. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.

Assist in handling legal compliance and regulatory matters.

Provide legal opinions and advice to internal teams.

Research and analyze legal issues as required.

Support the team in managing company litigations and filings.

Handle case documentation and client communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: LL.M. (Master of Laws) – Completed

Experience: Less than 2 years

Location: Dehradun or willing to relocate

Employment Terms:

Probation Period: 2 months

Stipend during Probation: ₹12,000/month

Post-Probation Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month (based on performance during probation)

Incentives: Additional per-case bonuses will be provided

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of Indian legal system

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good research and analytical skills

Time management and attention to detail
