Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to handle corporate legal matters, ensure compliance, and provide legal guidance to management. The candidate should have strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as a solid understanding of corporate and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
Advise management on legal risks, compliance, and statutory matters.
Coordinate with external legal counsel on regulatory and litigation matters.
Maintain accurate legal records and ensure company compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
3–4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal or law firm roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
