One of our client is hiring a Company Secretary/Personal Assistant /Client Relationship Manager with 1–2 years of experience to work closely with the sales team in Delhi. The role involves onsite product demos, client coordination, and may require occasional travel for external meetings. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Customize and configure the CRM platform to meet specific business needs.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to users on CRM functionality and best practices.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM related issues in a timely manner.
Stay up to date on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
Contribute to the development of CRM documentation and training materials.
Assist in the integration of CRM with other business systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
Support the implementation of new CRM features and functionalities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
Proven ability to manage and maintain a CRM system.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
