Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented advocates to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients, conducting in-depth legal research, drafting pleadings and agreements, and appearing in court and regulatory forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil, criminal, and/or commercial litigation before various courts and tribunals.

• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and legal notices.

• Provide sound legal advice and opinions to clients based on relevant laws and precedents.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex issues.

• Handle client meetings and interviews, and maintain regular client communication.

• Collaborate with senior advocates and partners on high-stakes matters.

• Attend court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations as required.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain case files, documentation, and internal records with utmost confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university. LL.M. preferred for senior roles.

• Enrolled with the Bar Council and licensed to practice in India.

• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Professional integrity, attention to detail, and a client-centric mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience at a reputed law firm or chamber is a plus.
